Many people are comfortable saying Jesus was a good man. A wise teacher. Even a prophet.
But Jesus never left us that option.
He didn’t simply teach moral lessons—He made radical claims about Himself. He claimed authority to forgive sins. He claimed to be one with God. He accepted worship. These are not the statements of someone who is merely a good teacher.
So we are left with a decision.
If Jesus made these claims and they were false, then He was not good—He was deceived or deceptive. But if His claims were true, then He is far more than a teacher—He is Lord.
What makes this even more compelling is that Jesus is not just a figure of faith—He is a figure of history. Even non-Christian sources acknowledge His existence.
But history alone isn’t enough. The real question is: What do we do with His claims?
You cannot reduce Jesus to something comfortable.
He forces a response.
